+ How do I get free delivery on my first purchase?
Simple. Enter HEALTHYFIRST at checkout for the discount to be applied to your order. Please advised that there is a min spend of £25.

+ Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Mainland UK. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to the Scottish highlands, Northern and Southern Ireland or the Isle of Wight.
+ Which days do you deliver?
Our standard nationwide UK next day delivery schedule operates every Tuesday to Friday. We also deliver every Saturday upon request.
+ Is there a minimum order?
No, you can order as much as you need when you need. We do however politely request our customers to think about their environmental footprint with regards to packaging & delivery
+ Is there a delivery charge?
Orders below £60 incur a flat rate of £5.95 for delivery.
Orders over £60 are taking home free delivery....lucky you!
+ What time do you deliver?
We deliver anytime between 8am-6pm on your selected delivery day- you will receive a one hour delivery window alert via SMS, allowing you to track the progress of your order on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window
+ Do I have to be home when you deliver?
No. You can leave a message with your order telling us where you would like to have your box placed. It would be best placed somewhere cool or at least in the shade – especially during the hotter months of the year. Our products will stay at the same temperature for up to 40 hours, so just make sure that you can pick up your order within that time.
