Slow cook these American-style ribs so they're really tender in this irresistibly sweet, sticky sauce. The most important things to remember are: the ribs have to be dry-rubbed, cooked slow, mopped with sauce and, just when you think you’re done, add more sauce!

Ingredients: Lamb Ribs, Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, Chilli Powder, Brown Sugar, Tomato Puree, Mango, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Honey.
