Our corn fed free-range chicken are free range and fed only on corn; hence the name.

The corn diet doesn’t just give the meat a beautiful golden colour but also gives the meat a more intense flavour than standard white chicken, with a moister bite after cooking. A whole corn fed chicken is a real delight, it goes beautifully golden when cooked, and has delicious, moist meat.

Our free range, corn fed chicken comes from French farms, where the birds are free to roam in grassy paddocks during the day, with light, airy sheds for shelter from the weather and protection at night. They have free access to food and water, and a diet high in natural maize gives their meat an appealing golden colour and rich flavour.

Reared in small flocks to reduce stress and increase freedom, they roam grassy fields and are fed a low-density, GM free, additive and antibiotic-free diet, which allows slower growth.

Result: a happier, better tasting chicken.
