Our butchers have taken prime cuts from across the sheep carcass, trimmed them meticulously then diced them into evenly sized chunks. With fantastic depth of flavour and tender texture with a good bit of bite, versatile diced mutton can be cooked slowly or quickly, stewed or griddled, spiced up or kept simple. There's no prep and no wastage - all you have to do is decide what to cook!
