Tender, delicious and lean as well as being packed with iron and protein, beef mince isn't just a treat to eat, it's healthy, too! Finely minced for amazing texture, with just less than 5% fat (which adds flavour and succulence) to prime cuts of beef to make a mince that's infinitely versatile and really fantastic value for money. We don't consider our mince to be a second-rate cut and we don't pack it full of the gnarly bits of the carcass - we use really good cuts and you'll see the difference when you cook it.
